Aww thanks everyone, nerves are kicking in a bit now, not the op but the fact I'm having to decrease implant size feels like a double whammy because I'm decreasing then changing to unders so feels like a double decrease as you lose 10% volume going under the muscle, I know it needs to be done and keep telling myself if it makes the pain go away it will be worth it.

Had a busy day at work today and am now finishing off my prep, just chopped/peeled my veg, got meals I've already cooked in the freezer so just need to cook the fresh veg as and when, put last load of laundry on, need to do the ironing in the laundry basket, have hoovered the house, packed my bag, just need to programme sat nav and I think I'm done, oh just remembered need to bring a step stool into the kitchen so I can reach the microwave and fridge, have tried to move most things onto a lower level that I know I need. That's one advantage of having been through it before, I know what was difficult and what I can do to make things easier for myself.

My check in is not till 1pm so I'll be a late afternoon surgery, was going to pop to Tesco's on the way to pick up a dvd to pass the time, any recommendations??

I'm home, all went well, feel like I've been run over by a bus, lot more pain this time and swelling in weird places, will do a proper update tomorrow after (hopefully) a good night sleep, only had 40min catnaps through the night because I had hourly obs as I was quite tachycardic.Thanks everyone.

Thanks everyone, had a good nights sleep, woke once for pain meds and a walk about because my butt was sore/numb from being in the same position. I've just finished typing up my surgery story: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] it's a bit of an essay but I like to try and cover everything. Feeling very achey and bruised and sore but more alert and clear headed than last time, I don't much like codeine and don't think that helps with the foggy head, so am just taking 1 co codamol and 2 ibuprofen, pain is tolerable but I don't feel drugged.
