Hello



I am a new to this site. I have problems with these implants, numbness and small lumps under the arm pit area. etc I am very upset and angry, because i told my surgeon i did not want PIP implants, because they had polyester in them. I told him, i wanted to stay with the USA Mentor or Allergen implants. But your your asleep, who knows!!!Polytech Silimed Europe 267328

They are not pip (poly implant prosthese) implants and pips had silicone gel that was not medically tested in them which gave them a higher rupture rate. I've not heard of numbness in your armpit before, did you have the implants put in through your armpit? Sounds like you may have a possible rupture if you have lumps, you will need to get to your surgeon if you are still covered by your aftercare. I will move this to the general ba section as it seems to be a question.
