Is it worth buying a bed wedge ?
Hi
Please can anyone advise wether it is worth buying a bed wedge as i am not sure just how upright you have to sleep after BA or will a V pillow do ?
Any advise would be appreciated

I used a big v pillow and two normal ones underneath! It's only for a short time so be as economical as you can Hun.

I didn't use either just made a v out of pillows and put others over it.. was dead comfy xxx

That sounds like a great plan Hun, I found sleeping half sat up not too bad, but to be honest all of it has been worth it. Good luck hun.

I've just had the v pillow and a mountain of normal ones!!! lol I still love the v pillow even tho i can sleep flat now it sort of comes round me and hugs me hehe xxx

Hello, I started sleeping flat after a couple of weeks but the last few days I've been waking up with terrible morning boob again so I've gone back to my V pillow.
You get used to sleeping like that pretty quick though and I always used to sleep on my side xx

I just used an armrest pillow with two regular pillows propped with it! Worked wonders. I still use my comfy armrest pillow!
