Post by JummyBerry 27th September 2011, 3:02 am

I have been agonizing over the size since I think they have dropped. I got Natrelle Silicone 457 CCs through the armpit along with a lift. It's been 4 1/2 weeks and they don't look much bigger than they used to..at least in a bra i mean. I keep looking in the mirror and thinking that's it??? I keep reading about this drop and fluff thing and they have a little but not nearly what I thought. Is 4 1/2 too soon to start worrying?? Every day I want to cry, but keep trying to tell myself they'll get bigger and better...

It it helps, I'm 5'5 and 140lbs.

It's too soon. You won't know what they'll look like until you're about 4-6 months post op. If you're very worried then have a chat with your surgeon about your concerns and ensure he makes a note of them in your file, so if you want a re-op in the future you can say you've been unhappy with them

They aren't suddenly going to get huge even with dropping and fluffing but they will fill out drop and look better. It's very early and you still have a lot of changes to go through

I was 36 around, I am only 38 around now. The only problem is I guess I am going to have to start a new post! I just went to my doctor and he said he is worried. That is not good when the doctor says he is starting to get worried. I guess I have barely dropped and yesterday being week 5 he says I should have dropped a lot more and if I don't drop within the next four weeks, I have to have surgery again!! I am soooo scared. I didn't think I was supposed to fully drop by now.... I haven't dropped or fluffed then! :/

I didn't drop and fluff until around the 7 to 8 week mark, try not to worry too much, its still early days and a lot of things can change within 4 weeks. I didn't notice mine changing from day to day so don't agonise over it too much! Just chillax and see what your PS says when you see him next. Hope it gets better for you soon I am going to cry! well youve had the equivalent of one and a half cans of coke put in each breast, so theyre not going to be small. The problem is more likely to be what your preconception of how massive they were going to be was.
If your whole measurement is only 2in bigger, then i think maybe theyre being held in by the muscle still and will fluff in time. What profile implant did you have?

I know its been alitttle more than a month since these posts. But I feel the same way. I was suppose to get 457cc and last minute I said 492cc. U had even shown him a picture of the size I wanted and he advised me to go 457cc. That that would give me what I wanted. I still chose 492cc because I was afraid they wldnt be the size like in the pictures I showed him. It's been almost 3 months and NOPE, much much smaller than what I was expecting. All that fluff talk isn't even true. I've dropped and the size don't change. I'm soooo unhappy and I too feel like crying everytime I think about it!!

Oh, I went from a 38B to a 38D. But they don't even look near a D cup. I was borderline on needing a lift. He said it wasnt a must to do but it was my decision so I chose not to. Even if I had gotten the lift, its not like they would have looked bigger. I'm just very unhappy.

They must be bigger than they were with 457cc's its apprx 150cc per cup size, maybe in your head you imagined they would far bigger than reality and thats what your dissapointed with.

No, I understand that little bit doesn't make a difference. We originally said 425cc. With all my worries. I jumped to 457cc then finally said 492cc instead. Even though he assured me that the 457cc would give me the size similar to a picture I had shown him. And final result, ended up being smaller than the picture. So we BOTH had a visual of EXACTLY what I wanted. N still.... Even with that, he calculated all wrong. I figured he would know better than anybody, especially me, considering that's his profession.

We could all go in and show pictures of what we want, but he cant guess exactly what that other person has inside them but he probably could get as close to it. But i understand the way that you feel, im extremely happy with mine i did although imagine mine would be alot bigger as i had 525, don't get me wrong there quite big with clothes off, but they just look the 'norm' in clothes. But thats just my mind playing the boob greed on me and nothing to do with my surgeon.

it means when the skin/muscle allows the implant to take on it's full shape and size which can take about 3-6 months

what do you need revision surgery for?

Thanks for replying hun.

Before my op i measured 34aa in my left and nothing but a nipple on my right lol. I had 375cc put in the left and 450 in the right, but the smaller one is still so noticably smaller I am going to cry! Still small :( 43877

When i went for my check up the nurse said "she'll fight my corner" and that i def need the smaller right side taken out and a bigger one put in.

Got to see my surgeon on 4th Feb instead of seeing him 3 mths post op.
