Got measured today ***OMG***

Well girls after last weeks panic and having booby blues on about day 3 of my op, I'm now loving my boobs - just like misf1 said I would

So anyway I'm now 9 days post op and had my dressings removed, was told by my nurse that the swelling has virtually gone (that was on Wednesday) so I was pretty happy as they hav deffo shrunk a bit which I was hoping for!

Today iv been out shopping with my OH and couldn't help but hav a sneaky look in la senza as there's a half price sale on. One of the nice ladies said shed measure me so I was surprised when she said my back was a 32 and then brought me a bra to try on in a 32FF - I was like "that will be way too big"...,low and behold it fitted like a glove!

I can't beeeeeelieve I'm s 32FF, I certainly don't look it!
My boyfriend nearly choked on his Starbucks caramel macchiato when I told him!

I only wanted to b an E cup but to b honest I really dont look an FF so I'm not bothered what they measure! I'm just loving having new full pert boobies! Wahoooo!

Definitely no boob greed for me lolly. Ive had to giv a load of my little bandeau and bralet tops to my best friend (much to her delight) so I'm a little sad but now I hav an excuse to go shopping for my holidays! Yey!

Got my steri strips removed today n my scars look great! Healing so nicely xxx

la senza has a sale......... omgosh im down there 2mora pmsl ....

i no our sizes can change and im only early but ill leave the tags on and can sell on ebay if they dont end up being of any use :D xx

I was a little shocked jen, they really don't look that big in the buff...hav u been n got yourself measured yet? Just cos from ur pics they look similar size but ur avatar days 32DD/E ? Xxx

I was hoping to be an E and didn't want to be bigger however I love my boobs the size they r so whatever they measure at i'll be happy with, mine do only look about an E in the flesh. I think implants always measure bigger but we seem a similar size although I think i'll be around the 30FF??? I have so far resisted the getting measured, I came close to in recently because of the La Senza sale.

Have u purchased any bras yet or have u waited?? Do u know if overs fluff??

How r u feeling now?? glad about the decision for boobs??

It's weird I love them the majority of the time but I still hav little half hour spells when I'm trying old clothes etc on where I think they look too big n I get all disheartened that it makes me look fatter but I no it's just time to get used to them.

I ended buying a nice purple bra n knicker set cos it was half price - iv took a pic so gonna upload it as my avatar tomorrow, not sure if they fluff or not but I'm really hoping they won't get any bigger...32FF sounds plenty big enough eeeeek!

Ur right about measurements tho - fake boobs measure so much bigger than they look! Xxx

Ahhh no I know what mean about the looking fat, that is a downfall with big boobs and I find belts help this. Alway create a waist, I have a boy frame (straight up and down) now with the bigger boobs I put on some things an can instantly add 10lbs. I guarantee what u see in the mirror isn't what everyone else sees.

So enjoy those fabulous bangers hun, i'll look out for the new avatar.

Ohhhhhhhhhhh I always feel like the voice of doom on here Don't get carried away with sizing this early in your recovery though babe, at 11 days post-op you're still VERY early post-op and things are going to change ALOT over the next coming months, including possibly your size hun.

Give your boobs some time to settle sweetness, wait for your surgeon to give you the OK to wear regular wired bras and then go for your fitting babe, I'd also advise somewhere better than La-Seza for your first post-op fitting as well hun as their measurements are not always that reliable sweetie. xx

Thanks for the advice cookie - yeah i will wait now until i've seen my surgeon to get properly measured again. I was just a little excited and curious to know how much they had increased in size as i knew they werent going to be an E cup.
I hope to be honest they DO shrink a bit, but if not im sure ill get used to them soon enough.

You will lovely the excitement of getting into lovely bras I think most of us experience post-BA - and sweetie, you look fab in your avatar.
