New Avatar and Picture Trail Photos!

Eeek, I've decided to bite the bullet and share my photos.

Unfortuantely in the rush before surgery I didn't get round to taking my own pre op pics, although would take a lot to share it might be useful for other asym girls to see the proper effects. Will try get my PS's photos.

If any active + members would like to see let me know and I will send you the details.

There's two albums at the moment, one is about an hour after surgery and the other four days PO, taken this afternoon. You can see how they've changed already! If anyone has read my surgery day diary, I've got a photo of the cold pads they had me connected to!

The nipples aren't 100% matching but I was never going for perfection and they are a great improvement from what they were. I am a VERY happy bunny!

Congrats. how did the cold pack work for you? My niece used one on her ACL surgery and said it really works You just have to rent them her in the US!!! but would like to hear how it worked on you BA. So I could look into to this if needed:)

I have really not done a good job of explaining it, they told me what it was called but I think I was still under the influence of the GA as I cannot remember what it was called for the time of me.

It basically acts as a consist cold compress, the pads are filled with water and then connected to a machine so the fill with water and keep you cool. It's supposed to minimise the swelling, I had it put on immediately after surgery and didn't take it off till I checked out the next day.

It looks a bit Princess Leia esque, it was quite nice. For a while I only had the left one connected as they couldn't find extra cables, and i really did notice a difference, BUT that was also the side with the smaller implant so it wasn't under as much strain. So not sure if it helped or not, but I didn't feel much pain. Then again, I haven't taken any pain killers since I left either? Who knows. It was fun though!
