I was just about to write this... the feeling has come back in my right boob, and the nipple seems a bit sore/sensitive, and the left boob still cant feel the bottom of my boob! its a horrible feeling.

The top half of my boobs are sensitive and get a sunburnt feeling in the evening as do my nipples but from just under my nipple down I cant feel a thing ! It is perfectly normal hun and dont forget each boob had its own op so will possible heal at a differnt rate x x x

It's normal girls dont worry, just think of them as seperate operations, so they will heal differently. Sometimes one boob or one half a boob needs time to catch up. The closer to your scar numbness can take a while because the nerves are more damaged and been stretched during surgery, implants aren't small but your scars are, lots of stretching and nerve damage.

once your stitches are removed they should let you have a shower, I had to wait until the following day cause I bled a bit, so scars were redressed. I put moisturiser on my boobs from day one to help with the stretching, but was told not to get anything on my scars for 6 weeks.
Your surgeon will instruct you how to massage if it is needed. I was told not to massage.

They look and feel so much better when the stitches and dressings are off, you dont get that pulling feeling, you will notice it when they are gone.
