hi girls,
im nearly 7 days post op and the past 2 days my left boob has been in agony when i move! when im sitting still or standing still its ok and then as soon as i move it really hurts! the pains mainly on the lower part of my boob, not sure if its to do with the muscle.... i had overs though so shouldnt affect the muscle? is this normal? taking my bandages off tomo thank god! x

when i take in deep breaths it really hurts too... arrrghhh :(

aw hun, it could be that you still have a lot of swelling, which can cause you to be so uncomfortable. I would have a chat with the nurse tomorrow and see what she says.

If the pain feels like needles/burning have a look at "zingers" on Google. It sounds like it could be nerve pain as they regenerate. I am on day 5 post op with overs and am having lots of pain, mostly on my left side, below the nipple.

Once your bandages come off, the nurse can check it all out for you. Good luck tho. xx

thanks guys!
no its more like im pulling a muscle kind of pain! on the left side too and below the nipple! its weird that im not feeling it in the right one though.
going to have bandages off today so ill ask them what it is! xx

Yeah, just ask your nurse. Make sure they write it down in your notes too, in case you need to bring it up again in the future
