BEST PLACE BUT CHEAPEST PLACE TO GO FOR BOOBIES!!

HELLO ALL

You may have seen my other post about ideas of how to get money for my new boobies, I have wanted breasts ever since I was 13...but knew this couldnt happen as still growing at the age of 18 nothing at all, now im 29 at a flat chested 34AA, I am now fed up and this is the year I will get my new boobs, I can get a £1000 loan, so thats £1000 raised already.

But credit rating is pretty poor but this loan company I have used before, not a loan shark!

But just need to raise the rest, so looking for a place to get my Ba on the cheap, want it to be a good place to go though, just want to get a consultation and a base figure to work on now...

Hi hun, the average price for a straight forward breast augmentation is between £3,250 and £4,000. I think Transform were offering £3250 for a day case at one point last year and their website now says £3650 I think. You can get good surgeons in a lot of the clinics such as Transform, MYA, Hospital group etc and you can usually negotiate on price with these companies, they also offer good aftercare packages. Mybreast also has excellent surgeons and aftercare and are very highly rated. However they can be a little more expensive, and I dont believe you can haggle on price.
I know it's very hard to save for but you cant always put a price on happiness and it would be horrible for you to go for a cheaper option than those above, have no aftercare and be left in the lurch by a company if something did go wrong. Which could leave you more unhappy than you are now.

I'd try going to as may consultations as possible, the cheapest wont always be the best one for you. And once you have decided on a clinc try a bit of haggling, i managed to get £400 knocked off the cost of mine!!
A good money earner is eBay too..Its amazing what people will buy!! x

I understand that money/cost is an issue but would urge you to not let it be a factor when deciding to get a boob job.

I personally feel when costs are lowered, quality is compromised at some point. For the sake of saving a year longer you could have a better surgeon, or better outcome. It is your body after all.

Going abroad is cheaper

apparently, if u go to the surgeon direct, it costs waaaay less then if u go through a company!! so research surgeons and ring them up for consultations...practically all of them have a website!! i wish i had done this, cos it cuts out the middle man xxx

Forget looking for 'The cheapest BA' you can get babe, you're only on a road to a whooooooooooooole load of trouble post-op researching for a surgeon this way - When having a BA, although you may be strapped for cash and not in the best postion to get credit, NONE of that is more important than YOU and your HEALTH!

When researching your BA, look for surgeons in your area, do your reaearch on the surgeon and check all qualifications and research also for comments online about the surgeons work.

When you find a couple you like and think is the surgeon for you, go for consultations with these surgeons, you find the one that's right for you and you trust, THATS THE SURGEON FOR YOU! money doesn't come into it hun! You find out what aftercare is offered and if you're happy with everything offered, the price you're given for the surgeon you trust and aftercare provided is what you're happy with, then the price of THIS surgeons expertise is what you need to aspire to hunni and to know that 'Peace of mind rather than how much the cheapest surgeon is' is really going to pay off post-op.

Sorry if that sounds harsh babe, but it's the truth, stuff the money, if you have to save a bit more to get the best for you, then thats the best thing to do babes. xx

there is a website you can go on and get free implants. there was a programme on not that long ago about it. You chat to men and they donate to your boob fund. It might not be the best option but it would mean you get money for it through MYA (am sure thats the company excepting this payment option)

Hun I wouldn't go solely on the basis of the cost!

I had 3 major factors in chosing my surgeon etc
-aftercare length
-surgeons reputation and seeing his work

Then the only thing that helped me pick transform over harley medical (I could not chose between them) it came down to price as they were so close to each other in other ways!
Harley medical quoted me £4500 (not including consultation cost of 150 to meet the surgeon)
Transform offered me 3695 day case but I managed to haggle her down to 3295

Somy advice is first meet with surgeons first then if u click with them all (like me) then judge by price xxx

well i have researched and found a good GMC registered surgeon called Dr Adam Kalecinski, He has a clinic in poland called NOA clinic. The company in the UK is eurosurgery and it links to professional beauty.

I got quotes for BA and uplift between £6575 and £7100.

Ive managed to get removal of existing ones, replacement and uplift for £2750 the reviews are excellent. I have seen his work personally - met ladies immediately post op and 18 month post op and they look great.

we will see if he can sort my mess out.

I went for free consultation. I paid £100 return flights and £30 overnight stay in a nice hotel (enjoyed the trip) - i travelled alone to see for myself the clinic, location, nurses meet other uk ladies and see the whites of the surgeons eyes so to speak.

Before i went after consultations here i felt deflated and more of a mess than i had originaly thought - consultations making out it was a huge mammoth task and maybe 2 ops etc, after meeting with adam i left feeling a lot more confident and thats before the op. He explained in full detail what my op would entail, drawing for me, i had a good play with all the different implants in his room. He measured me fully, asked me to do this strange thing placing my hands on my hips and squeezing - i had no idea why but as soon as i did it a few times he sort of acknowledged what he had thought about their position etc. He even arranged for a loan of 4 different sizes with the manufacturer and where i thought i would need to pay a deposit (my implants may be ordered to suit) - he spoke at length with the supplier when i was in the room, he knew for certain when he finished his call, and said to

cont... me no deposit needed. He wouldnt know for sure until he opened me up to see the pocket.

i liked the fact he had refused others at the clinic certain proceedures - and recommended different ones, he is not in it for the money. He will do revision for free as he wants to keep reputation in tact which is good reputation.



I went to see my GP and mentioned him, at my review meeting my GP said he could see no problem using adam - so im off there on 5th march for surgery.

Marley, this is the last time I'm going to tell you not to advertise this surgeon on this forum. This surgeon is not on the specialist register for plastic surgeon and not someone we would recommend at all on this forum.

I want you to have the benefit of the forum to gain the help you need but if you persist in posting continuous posts about this surgeon they will be removed and could possibly result in a ban for you for advertising.

Please respect the fact even though you have opted for your surgery abroad, this isn't an option for most women on here, and if ladies can help with questions you have rather than 'advertising' him.

Had you read my other posts to you will see my plea to get across to you that the surgeon you have chosen in Poland is NOT registered on the GMC register as a specialist in plastic surgery. In making continuous posts about this surgeon for women to appeal to the low costs etc, it concerns me. Women come here for help and support and we can give that to you if you'd only listen.

But it's up to you if you'd rather not lovely, but I really would urge you to do more research on your chosen surgery.

Anyway... Back on the original topic, I'd definitely recommend going direct to your chosen surgeon and see if its cheaper. I've gone direct and it means that all my aftercare will be with the surgeon too (and its cheaper than I was quoted by transform and mya) so am pleased with my decision so far...
