Boob and Nipple pointing to the side

Hi Girls
Just wondering If anyone can give me any advice or reassurance plz well I had my BA and Uplift 3 weeks ago and everythings has been ok till wed when I had a peek down my bra and my nipple on my left breast was pointing to the side I took my Bra off and felt like my whole left breast was pointing to the side ahhhh Ive also got like a dent in the inside of my boob where my cleavage is and it feels like kind of lumps. I went to see the nurse yesterday and she agreed that the nipple is defo pointing to the side and not centred like my right one but she said that we will need to wait till I go and c my surgeon at my 8week check before they decide what to do as they are still settling and the nipple could move back round to the centre but whats the chances of that happening? Has any one else felt like there breast was pointing to the side and did it fix Itself I know im still healing but Im really panicing and dont want to have to go for a re-op

It is very early stages, and as the implant settles into it's pocket maybe it will centralise of it's own accord I'm not too sure hunni xx the best thing to do is see your PS and see what they say xx

Unfortunately my nipple and areola were not central, they were too high and I am having to have a reop so I do know how you feel xx

What about asking James? He is very good and might be able to give you some advice and put your mind at rest?? xx

James has been great I was asking him about It aswell he said the same just to wait and c what my PS says.
So are they just going to move your nipple in the re-op Thy said that if It doesnt centre Itself they will re-op and centre the nipple but thats the last thing I want how you feeling about having to get another op?

Well it's been a bit of a battle to be honest but I am finally there so am really pleased xx I was never happy with the position of the areola and bearing in mind I will be 2 years PO in May, it's been a long time to spend unhappy after paying all that money so now I just can't wait and am very excited about getting fixed haha!! xx

I just hope this time PS gets it right!! xx Fingers crossed xx

The main thing sweety is that you get what you pay for xx so if the areola is in the wrong place well then they will need to put it right but you don't need to think about all that just yet gorgeous xx you have some time to heal yet xx patience xx

Any problems or issues you have need to be noted in your file as soon as you realise there's a problem.

If you do need a reop (fingers crossed it won't be the case) then you'll have evidence that you brought it to your surgeon/nurse's attention as soon as possible which should help in offering a reop for free.

Definitely make sure that ANY concerns you have are noted on your file as early as possible as Roxy says xx

However, when you see your PS again make sure you talk directly to him about it and anything else you are concerned/not happy with xx :good:

Thanks Girls Il leave It till I go and see my PS on the 24th of March I just feel like Its so long away and Im not even going to see the surgeon that done the op Ive to see another surgeon as my surgeon Is only working from Newcastle now but they said If the surgeon Im seeing doesnt thinks its in the right position then they will send me down to Newcastle to see Dr Moraci who done the op.

Make sure that he notes it in your paperwork and makes YOUR PS aware hun xx I think I might even be tempted to push to see your original PS if this stand in one says it's fine xx I wouldn't take no for an answer if you are not happy xx

If this stand In one says its fine then Im going to tell them I want to see my original Ps as Im not paying £6,500 for my nipple not to be in the correct place No Way. Well Im still hoping that It could all move but I doubt It but fingers crossed

I agree with Alfie, definately stick with it, thats a hell of a lot of money NOT to be happy with the result...although it could still sort itself out on it's own - fingers and toes crossed very tightly for you hunnie!!

I hope your PS can reassure you once you see him and I most certainly hope that he stands by you on this....let us know how you get on babes and in the meantime, hope this helps..
