6 weeks post op & been measured...

Hey lovely ladies,

Hope you're all well. Sorry I haven't been around for ages, but I felt I got a bit too upset about boobies so had to force myself not to think about them for a while.

Well, i'm now 6 weeks post op, and I am finally out of my sports bras - god, I so hated those things. For those of you who remember my posts just after my BA will remember that I was really upset about my size, especially after the very helpful (not!) nurse I saw a week after my op told me I was no more than a C...Well, naughty her, because I've just got measured and at M&S the lady said I'm between a 30E - 30F and at Bravissimo they said I was a 30FF!!!!!!

Now, I still don't think I look more than a C, or a small D at a push, but I am over the moon following my fittings, me an F, god, that sounds ridiculous!!!! And I only had tiny implants as I got so scared before my op, guess I must have been slightly bigger than the 34B I thought I was.

Anyways, I should stop rambling, but just wanted to thank you all for your support 2 weeks post op when I was feeling really down about everything. Big hug to you all.

Fantastic Josephine, I posted earlier this week that I got measured, thought I was a full C or small D turned out I was a 32E, god was I shocked, those sports bras can be so deceiving they make you look smaller than you are, couldnt believe the size of mine when I saw them in a real bra.

Thanks for all the lovely comments girlies. I still wish I'd gone for the bigger size but, saying that they look a million times better than before. Perhaps after I've had kids, fingers crossed that will happen one day, I might go bigger. :-) xx

Hey Josephine I wondered where you had gone!! I am so pleased you've popped back on to say Hi and share your AMAZING news!! I knew 100% you would not measure a C what a complete joke that was!! I have to admit however I am surprised you LOOK and measure as big as you do with the size of implants you had. I thought you would easily measure a DD/E. You've definitley gotyour money's worth!!! LOL!! I am thrilled for you and judging by your avatar you look FANTASTIC!!!!!! My boobies look very simular and I had 460's!!! x x x

Congrats hun!!! I think you need to tell that nurse she was wrong!

Thinking about your pre-op size...you were wearing a 34B but are in actuall fact a 30. So, if you were filling the B cup then your actuall pre-op size could have been 30D (back size goes down, cup goes up) which would give you your F/FF with relatively small implants.
I'm no bra fitter and that could be wrong, but explains why you've jumped so many cup sizes with ickle implants.

Anyway enjoy shopping in the sales, think a lot of us are waiting for that
