Positive feedback from solicitors?

Post by cookie on 13th July 2010, 7:57 pm

Has anyone had any positive feedback from any solicitors they've contacted?

It would be great if you could share any positive news here to share. xx

I'm in touch with [removed name of solicitors until we can verify they are taking on the case] solicitors and although we can't get the manufacturer as they are in liquidation with no insurance, they are positive that we have a case against the clinics for breech of contract as they used implants that were not fit for purpose.

Can I ask, are you able to put the wheels in motion with [edited as above] solicitors if you have not yet had a rupture diagnosis?
I am now awaiting an ultrasound.
