I know that sometimes as a newbie it can be frustrating waiting to be become active here as most of our members are only willing to share with active members.

Becoming an active member here gives time for those who don't wish to share their pics here with anyone other than active/addict elite members, to get to know you as an individual on the forum, so they're more comfortable sharing something that is very sensitive and personal to them with you... So, I thought these links might help you to have a look through some before and after pics, so you can get a general idea of what to expect from your surgery whilst you're waiting to become active here -

Thanks that's really helpful I will have a look later on my phone at the moment. Commenting so I can find it later. I understand why people want to get to know people before they show pics it makes me want to cringe abit thinking when I put mine on the people that run the website I will put the pics on will get 2 see them without me knowing haha xx

That's a great idea, it's nice to see before and after pics to give you an idea of the difference in sizes and what a difference it makes.
