I just read this article about a new 30% lighter implant which won't sag as quickly. It looks like its in the very early stages but it sounds good to me as my implants feel pretty heavy at times. Although it does sound a bit like mini bean-bags...

I just hope by the time mine need changing, someone will have invented a brand new technique or implant which lasts a lifetime and never gives in to gravity! I might be being a bit over optimistic there though! But the thought of operations every ten years for the rest of my life is quite depressing   huh smiley

My surgeon has come across girls that have not needed one till 20 and 30 years after their first op - there was a girl I saw here on the forum who was 22 years I think it was...
Light weight implants would be great for those going with quite a size of implant.. to be honest though I can't reallt feel much weight of my 330ccs... they just feel fine to me, asnd not heavy which my mum was worried about as I have a bad back already and didn't want it getting worse with boobies hehe xxx
