Endemol, a television production company, are producing a new primetime four-part Channel 4 series fronted by Katie Piper which looks at the reasons for getting beauty procedures done love, as an identifier, fashion, career - and also why some of us gets things undone and how we can go about doing this. We are looking at tattoos, body modifications, breast enhancements, dental work etc. and a whole host of reasons and motivations behind our decision-making.

As part of a social history strand in the series, we are covering the history of women and breast enhancements. We are looking for a female that may have been amongst the first to have had breast implants in the UK. Involvement would require you meeting our presenter Katie Piper, and having a brief interview with her, in which you would speak to her about your experiences, your motivations for doing it, how it wasnt commonplace at that time, peoples perceptions etc. Katie Piper, as you may or may not know was involved in a tragic acid attack and Channel 4 have previously followed her road to recovery.
