Hi I had silicone implants in 1993. Pre op 34A post op 36B . 20 years down the line I am now 34 D /DD . I have CC grade 3/4 on one breast and need an explantation . I don't want new implants . So I have decided on explantation and mastopexy . My skin tone luckily is very good. What size can I expect to be post explant and lift ?
