Can you go bigger second time
Hi. I had my Ba 6 weeks ago and am very unhappy with the size as they are too small. I had 265cc high profile allergen inspira overs. Was a 30c pre op and 30 dd/e post op but don't look it! I also have a large gap 3 fingers. Had a large gap pre op but stupidly thought this would get better. My bwd was 11cm. Could I get a bigger implant or was that the max ,and could I do anything about the gap?
Thanks
Thanks

Re: Can you go bigger second time
Hi
Firstly as you are very narrow chested with a 30 chest, you go up cup sizes quickly - so although a DD/E sounds large it isnt really much more volume. The narrowness of your chest does mean that getting a really big bust is difficult for you - Extra high profile implants will give the maximum projection for base width but look most "fake".
With regards to the gap - this can sometimes be impossible to close - I always do my best here but say that"if its wide to start they may remain apart" There is sometimes simply not enough breast or muscle cover in the inner breast to cover the implant if we attempt to push them further together - and the worst result is a palpable bulge of implant under thin skin right in the cleavage.
