Hi.
I am getting tear drop shapped cohesive gel implants. I am 40 with an A cup. Had 2 children and am looking to regain some fullenss again. I was told that with a 360 or 375 Over the muscle I would get a bit of a lift and that these new implants are very natural to touch and look at. I was also told I would be an average size C when done. What is your opinion on these implants and the placement over the muscle?
