"Why arent my pm's going through?!" Empty "Why arent my pm's going through?!"

I've been pm'd this many many times so i will post it here as a sticky.

I have been asked 'Why havent my pm's gone through? The messages are sitting in my outbox and wont go into sentbox, why?'

Outbox is where messages go before someone opens them, once the person you sent it to opens it, it will move to Sentbox
