the M stands for microcell (textured) and the HP is high profile, the higher the profile the more the implant sticks out, but it's usually not as wide at the base

Extra high is higher than high (obviously) but it can be a matter of millimetres so doesn't make a massive difference. x

No, it's the coating of the implant. HP implants have more projection than med or low. Ultra high means that they have more projection than high profiles. So it goes low, medium, high then ultra high.

High and ultra high often have a narrower base which means they are great for people with a narrow ribcage as you can still get a full look. Med and low profiles are more suited to those with a wider ribcage otherwise they implants would be really wide set apart.

I feel a little bit daft because I don't even know what profile I've got I just told my surgeon the look I wanted to achieve and left it to him. I think I'll ask him when I go back in April to see him. He'll probably think I'm puddled asking him after it's all done. Silly me! I wouldn't mind I did loads of research.

I had extra high profile as I have a small ribcage and small BWD, I was told I would be having this as it's the only suitable profile with regards to fit and it having a narrow base.I suppose my boobies do have that "extra high" projection look especially from the side, but I quite like the look, makes them look very full from the side Cheerleader

I agree with Lynnie, whatever you had alfie is good, looking fab as always in your avatar!
