bra - can i go without one for night out

hi

i had an uplift and impplants mid december - got a dress which would be better without a bra for a do this sunday - would it be ok to go withjout a bra??

What has your PS advised you? How long for and what sort of bra have they advised you to wear?

i was advised to wear a sports bra 24/7 for 6 weeks. When i did take it off for a bit they did feel very heavy. I only had a ba not uplift but i followed my surgeons advice out of fear i could ruin my new boobs.

I was 6 weeks in a sports bra 24/7 - I think that's pretty normal - so you should be ok this sunday to wear a normal nice bra x unless your PS has said different x

I've done it - no problems whatsoever, didn't do any dancing or jiggling around though, just sat and drank wine!
