hi del, yes your right i should say they may have to come out. i had the same problem, had a hole in my scar and it was my actual implant that was coming out. i had an infection and they had to be removed 4weeks after having them put in. im now up to my 3month mark and im ready to have them but back in in january. mine was leaking like a tap i thought what the hell is going on, went to see my nurse given antibiotics and clean out then sent away again, i finished the weeks course of anti biotics and still no change, so this time i booked in with my surgeon, he had a look said u have an infection thats your implant making its way out, as my hole was getting bigger each day, next day i was in for surgury having them explanted. please go see your surgeon asap hunny!! you may not have no pain but the infection is clearly still there. let us no how you get on and keep us updated hun xx
