im sorry to hear this too. its hard coz you build yourself up so much before the surgery and want everything to be perfect after. i think my leftie has started to do the same too but cant tell whether its not dropped yet or whether its bottoming out. like bumblebee ive become obsessed with looking at them and just want to put it to the back of my mind until my next appointment. hope you get some answers soon and get it sorted xxxxx

HI girls!

A lttle update..........I had the Transform nurse call today asking me what i though was wrong & i told her i though i had 'bottomed out' she was like 'err what dose that mean?!' so i exspained to here & she was just silent! not reasurence nothink! when she finally did speak she just said oh well you miss your surgon as he was in norwich last week so youll just have to wait till your jan appointment. I then asked here what would happen if i had 'bottomed out' & she replyed in a really not impressed way 'i cant give you any information or comment , thats upto the surgon to sort out' then said good bye..........she was very rude, no 'dont worry yaself ' or im sure its nothink just plane abrupt. If you have to speak to her again hun take her name and write a letter of complaint. Can't believe she spoke to you like that, how rude.

Perhaps you are just settling, many peoples incisions sit on the breast (including mine) to allow for settling, then they move into crease when they have fully settled. You are early days and many changes to experience as they fill out, and tissue, etc. finds it's new resting place. However, you do deserve a response, answer, advice? and in a friendly professional manner that you understand.

I would remind the person who picked the phone up, and the manager/ment that you have paid them, therefore, her, for aftercare and advice. If she is soo inexperienced and unable to do so then she should ensure that someone who can does, within a given and agreed timespan. You have a concern...it needs an answer...dont allow them to talk down to you Sta..be confident and firm! Thinking of you I think i have bottomed out! - Page 2 571992

I'm not defending her in any way but herhaps you just caught her out, it must be a bit disconserting when you speak to a patient who knows more about your job than you do!

I'd still complain though, I'm beginning to wonder about the so called aftercare we're supposed to get, x
