Shooting Pains again!!

Hiya Girlies

Ive had really bad shooting pains in my leftie at the side for a day or two now, its making me jump! lol, is it normal this far post op? i expected they would be settled by now.

I'm 6 months and still get the odd twinge and pain, I think it's normal, nerves I guess :dunno: But you're not alone Cakey xx

I still get the odd pain, it's usually by the numb areas just under my nipple. It's fine, it's still healing don't forget. I can't believe it's bem 8 months for you lovely!!!

like roxy hun i still get the odd pain from time to time, mostly in the numb areas.
i think it's all just part of the healing process, i would say though if the pain is severe you should maybe give your ps a call and have a chat for reassurance if nothing else hun.

I know Rox its flew by! thanks for your advice ladies, it seems to come and go through the day ive had a feel around and theres no changes or hardness so guess im just healing! fingers crossed for a bit more fluffing with it! hehe.

my sisters mate had implants 6 years ago and she still gets pains sometimes, so im sure its nothing to worry about chick, i hope it stops soon xxxxxxx

Same here still get the odd pains and they do still ache from time to time too. Might be an idea to give your ps a call tho just in case xx

I still get shooting pains near the numb areas like the others have said. Dont worry hun, maybe the fluffing fairy is coming.

HI i was told by the nurse (im two weeks post op) I may experience a spasm that will take my breath away. It will come and go that quick it will be like it never happened. I was told not to worry aboutr it

i'm awake now at stoopid o'clock with shooting pains grrrrrrr!

It took just over a year for my boobs to completely settle, changes, pains, aching all seemed to disappear after that. The pains weren't so bad i had cause for concern though, so i suggest if yr experiencing a lot of pain you should call yr PS just for some reassurance. X

I sometimes still get the odd twinge too hun, yo may have slept awkward or pulled it a little without realising.
I cant believe how quick it has gone for the both of us either!! xxxx

Im sure its all normal hun,i still get twinges and aches now and again and i was led to believe by my ps that its just the nerves knitting back together again and can happen for up to a year x

It could be scar tissue rubbing on nerves, my ps said when i told him about my twinges, hope it stops soon hun, cant believe you're 8 months po either! x
