your message has been sent?
just to clarify, i do empty inbox & sentbox most days, so they are either 0% full or less than 30% full.....

Outbox means the recipient has not yet opened the message, when they open it the message moves into sentboxkatie wrote:some of them just sit in my outbox and never go

Hi lovely,
As Nads has said, your outbox is the place all messages go after they've been sent but before they've been opened.
This means that if you send a message, until the recipient has read it it will stay in the outbox. If you delete a message from the outbox then it will also delete it from the recipients inbox.
xx
