Arrgh worried I am going to be too big!!

Think I am having a last minute panic and my nerves are playing up with me. I have been reading everyones post op stats and about people on the internet who have had 380cc implants (overs) and who were similar height/weight to me and pre ba bra size of 32B and their boobies look massive and end up and E or F in some incidents! I am getting really worried now that maybe I am going to be too big and I should have gone for the 340's!

I am 5ft 6, 8st 10lbs and I'm currently a 32B, my nurse and surgeon have said to get a 34DD sports bra for post op, is it likely that I will stay DD or could they go bigger once theyve settled?

Arrrgh I am really stressing out now!!

p.s - I keep having reall bizarre boobie dreams, implants falling out, floating in pool because my boobs were like floats lol! and one where my boobs didnt look any different! Am I going crazy?! lol

Hey hun,
What size were you hoping to end up? I wanted to be a dd, I am in e bra's at the moment but I think I barely look a d! Are you most worried about the size bra's you will be in or what they will actually look like?

Hi hun, I totally know how you feel about going too big, especially when you start off having breast tissue.
I started 32d had 460 hp overs and currently wearing 32e and 32f sports bras but they don't look scarily big although I'll be glad when the swelling has gone. I'm only small as well 5ft, 7st 10lb, I think the 380's will be perfect on you xxx

Good question luvjugz! I want to be a DD (bra size) but I'm not really sure what DD boobs look like, E just sounds so much bigger than DD lol! It seems even bigger from my little B's lol!

Maybe I am just having last minute nerves! I just dont want to look tooooo big, maybe I should just have faith in my surgeon, but 380 was the biggest he said he would go to at a push so thats making me think that maybe he thinks the 340's would give a better result?? xx

I am a 34E and i look a D at most so i think these are just pre-op worries, 40cc really is not going to make alot of difference at all and certainly wont change a whole cup size, it will have slight more volume that's all

they can change when settled and you may need a bigger cup but like i said, an augmented E appears to look like a D so it's not as big as it sounds, i know this seems a little to you now but trust me, you will see what i mean when you've got your boobs

Not at all, i dreamt my implant fell down into my tummy area and i had to push it back up and put a bandage around my chest to hold it in place, some of the dreams i've heard the girls say they've had are really bizarre but again alot of us have had them so you're not going crazy hunni, big hugs x x x

oh hun, i wish i felt like that, as i was only allowed as much as 295 cc.

if your not comfortable then go for the smaller, but dont foreget we all get boobie greed!

I know, e does sound alot bigger than a dd, but honestly hun it really doesn't look it! I am 5ft5, 8st 3lb and had less natural boob than you have, but my e's only just look in proportion on me. As ss said, 40cc isn't really going to make much difference in size. I honestly believe you will be thrilled to bits with whichever you go for. These surgeons know their stuff lol. How about having both on the day and seeing which one the surgeon thinks is best at the time?

An E does sound big - I said I wanted to be a C cup and olny had 265 implants - now measure a 30E (wear a 32dd mostly!) but they are not that big at all - in fact when I wear my sports bra for the gym they look small (probs have just got used to them!) - trust what your surgeon recommends - they usually know best!

I wanted to be a DD and I had 410cc (from 32A) and am now a 32F. That sounds huge but they don't look big at all. I look about a DD. Have you seen my pics? If you'd like a look pm me. But augmented boobs really don't look as big as they measure.

like the rest say i think that size will be fine on you!
i am also a 30e now and i was a 32a and had 300cc overs 2 month ago.
i would say i only look about a small d
my stats are 5,4 7stone 5 and they dont look big on me.
wish i had gone bigger tbh!
so try not to worry they will look fab!

It sounds like a good size given your stats hun, remember they wont actually look as big as they measure but i know it sounds scary when your pre op, if anyone told me i was going to be a DD i would have been petrified! but they dont look that big.

If your really concerned though maybe speak to your surgeon before your op.

Ah last minute nerves DD

From your stats the size sounds right to me, 40cc is nothing really!!

Why not pop into a shop and look at bras in the different sizes, also another discussion with P.S. could help clarify final result.

I know it does sound mad when you here us post-op girls saying that implants measure different from they look....but they do!!

Cant help with the dreams...sorry!! However, seems they are normal from what lots of other ladies say!!

Mia - I have been into the shops and picked up DD and E bras and to be honest they look mahoooosive...more like I could fit my head in them not a boob lol!!

I am really excited though today 9 days to go!!! xx

DD, I had same thoughts, like big sling shots! and I am only talking about C cups but you get used to it huni, I was tiny as you know,and had same worries as you about going too big, but I am sooooooooo glad I did, I am veyr happy I have no booby greed, very happy with money I spent, and the girls are right, in clothes no one has noticed I had had ba... its just getting used to the size when you have been smaller.. I think you will be fine..

It is true augmented boobs measure bigger than they look! I had 345s rounds and now measure 32F....sound big don't they but they really aren't. I was a 32B/C before but empty and just horrid....

I would of thought you would definately get DDs and more from 380s, especially overs and you are slender.....maybe have a chat with you PS again. 40 isn't a great difference so maybe go for the smaller ones if you are worried????

I wouldn't worry hun, an E and a F sounds huge, but once you get your boobs, you'll realise it is not that big.

I was a 32B and asked for a DD/E. I ended up a F cup.

They honestly don't look that big and I was offered a 380 or a 410 and I'm so glad that I went with the bigger size.

hiya hun i had 380 cc overs i was a 32b im now a 32 e, they seem big to me, i wudnt of gone bigger my little frame just about copes lol im sure ur be fine you can always change ur mind on the day or ask ur surgeon to order both implants and decide on the day

Hi, this wont be much use to you, but just to let you know you're not alone, I am in the same situation although not booked yet. I am 34b 5ft4 and my surgeon said high profile over the muscle 380cc to take me to 34 d/dd would be smallest he would be prepared to go, and I was shocked. But all the girls who replied to my post assured me it wouldn't look too big. It's just hard to imagine thats all and worried I'd end up bigger. As for dreams, I dreamt I was on
surgeons table and he put balloons under my boobs and pumped them up with foot pump

Glad to see I am not the only one lol!!

My PCC as ordering me both the 340's and 380's so I could decide on the day, but at my pre-op assessment i told her to cancel the 340's as I had made my mind up on the 380's its prob just my mind playing tricks on me! I just need to chillax I think! xx
