Having my last pre op drink tonight

Yes yes, my 2 week cut off time is nearly here (I haven't been told I can't drink, but seeing as all you ladies had, I'm going to stop just in case)

Am off up Tesco after i've had my hair cut for Caribbean Twist (3 for £5) and going to enjoy it!!!

Can't believe i'm nearly 2 weeks to go and yes, I will probably post another thread in a weeks time saying "I can't believe im nearly a week to go" Must be nerves.

But I am SOOOOO EXCITED!! Keep looking at my chest in a bra and think, WOW they are going to be even bigger soon, yippeeeeeee!!

Still got nothing ready and haven't paid yet, am going to next week! It's so weird that I haven't run a mile yet as this will be my first EVER operation, I always remember thinking to myself how lucky I am to have never had to have a GA and an op. Now i'm doing it voluntarily.

There is really no real reason for my post, just wanted to share my feelings of excitement with the newbies and future pre oppers who are after me. I hope you all get the feelings of excitement like I have .... I have been waiting a while now, maybe i'm just going

Two weeks will fly by in no time at all! Although actually I hope it drags a bit cos Im on hols soon for 2 weeks and want the time to pass slowly lol!!

Are you all prepared?? I remember the excitment so well and cant believe 6 weeks have passed for me already......R u sleeping ok? Cos I was finding my mind was working overtime with excitment so found I kept waking up then coming down and logging on...

I can't believe its just over 2 weeks away. It felt like ages and ages not so long ago as I was originally having my op in August. Did you lose all the weight that you wanted to before your BA?

Gosh cant believe your two weeks away hun!! Its going to be here before you know it trust me, the last couple of weeks leading up to it are the most exciting hun!!!! Miss it already lol

Didn't lose my weight but not too bothered as I'm still smaller than I was. Can always lose weight after. I'm sure it's not going to affect my boobs too much x

Wow 2 weeks to go! Soo excited for you sweetie. I didn't drink before my original ba - thins the blood apparently which is why you are advised not to. However I did drink in the two weeks leading up to my re-op and suffered dreadfully with the after effects of GA and morphine. Don't know for sure it had anything to do with the drinking but with hindsight I shouldn't have done it! Think you are being very wise girl. Hope you enjoyed/are enjoying your last drinkypoo xxxxxxx

Wow, your time is going to come up so quickly! Hope you enjoyed your last drink. It's a good decision to give it up now - anything that can slow down your wound healing is best avoided
