Hi ladies its been a while since I've not been on here in a while as I just wanted to get on and try to ignore my boobs for a while. I had my surgery (a breast left with 440cc implants) in june 2015 and I never healed very well at all so I have really awful scars down the front. I didn't need to complain at my appointment with my surgeon as when he saw them he told me I would need scar revision and some more skin taken from my right (my right boob is lower atm),
Anyway I'm booked in for this Thursday and I'm dreading it! It was such a terrible process for me trying to get the wounds to heal and they kept opening again over and over, I'm so worried it'll happen all over again. Plus I'm dreading the pain. I don't mind the surgery part its the healing bit that I hated so much. Theyre still sensitive from the first op nope

Sorry you've not had a good experience. Best of luck for Thursday. With regards to healing, try to eat plenty of beetroot, broccoli and other leafy green veg. Bit boring but they contain nutrients that help build your blood cells, in turn help you heal. Fingers crossed for you xx
