Sports bras to bed....
Hi all, do you/did you continue to wear a sports bra/Macom to bed a while after your op? I can't yet imagine not wearing anything in bed so plan to carry on wearing my Macom for a while yet. What have you all done? What were you advised to do?
Thanks :)
Thanks :)

Re: Sports bras to bed....
Hi... I was braless after my op for a while (ps fine with this !)... Then wore genie bras to bed for a bit... But always braless now and have been for a while !!
I don't think it matters as long as you are comfortable... Once they've settled down its surprising how you get used to them and become much less aware... Takes quite a few months though
Hope you're both ok

I still wear a crop top genie bra type thing that gives a bit of support. I was told its best to wear them to bed as the more you support them the longer they will last without sagging and pulling at the tissue. But I do make the odd exception and sometimes sleep without anything. I love sleeping without a bra and letting the air get to them - haha!! x

I wore the macom for a while, but it became uncomfortable. Now I wear low impact crop sports bras, mostly Nikes that I get cheap from the local outlet! Just keeps things in place without feeling to restricted.
Its entirely up to you whether you want to continue post op. Some would recommend it, as it continues to support them and would delay any sagging. But some just arent comfy like that at night.
