How long did you do this for after the op?

I'm still trying to do it but have come to the conclusion that I'm actually still lying pretty flat and it's just my neck at angle lol!

How long do o keep this up?!

I did it for 2.5 or 3 weeks - something like that! Was bliss to be able to get back to normal. to be honest I gave up after a while because I tended to find that most mornings I'd wake up flat on my back having gradually slipped down the mountain of pillows I had built!!

I slept upright for the first week then my surgeon said I was fine to sleep lying down but only on my back as he was pleased my swelling had gone down. But I'm now sick of sleeping on my back and can't wait to sleep on my sides!!!! Hoping at my next appt (1st Sept) I get the all clear to do this and then I'll finally have a decent solid nights sleep lol x
