One breast still sitting high
Hi ladies
I had for 4 week check up today but my left breast is still sitting high. My surgeon said for me to lay on my front for 10 minutes a day and to massage it a couple of times a day. And he will see me again in 4 weeks and if I do these things it should drop down in to its pocket.
Is there anything else I can do to help it drop? Xx

Hello! Don't worry - I was the same - mine didn't drop until around 4 months or so - it seemed to take ages of one sitting a lot higher than the other. 4 weeks is still really early - it just takes time. I wore a binder for a few weeks and I massaged 2 or 3 times a day for about 15mins a time - just kept trying to push it down! It got to the stage where I got worried I'd need a revision but its totally fine now. You'll get there! x

Honestly, time is your best bet right now. 4weeks is very early in your recovery (and very early for your surgeon to be recommending massage...but thats his call). Most girls find they dont drop for weeks and months. Mine didnt drop and even out until about 3months post. So I really wouldnt worry about it too much yet. Perfect boobs wont happen overnight like the media would have you believe. It can be about 6-12 months before you start to see the final results.

your surgeon will advise, normally 3-6months. But just coz you can doesnt mean youll be able to. A lot of women find they have to break themselves into wires again, like new shoes!

My right rides high as I have lateral displacement from cc which is pushing the implant up. You are far too soon for that

Like the other ladies have said, you are very early in your recovery. Mine too nearly 8 months to get the normal look. Patience is the key xxx
