Seeing my surgeon again tomorrow
My 3 yr aftercare ends in Dec and my right feels hard again after a few days of not massaging. So I'm back to see my ps in the morning going to shape difference when I lift my arms and how the one is so much harder and higher than the other. Hopefully he can do something. I don't really want another casulotomy as scoring scar tissue my body just continues to wrap it in scar tissue and so it's a quick but temporary fix. I think I am going to ask for a capsulectomy on that one side and pocket revision to move the implant down

Re: Seeing my surgeon again tomorrow
So I've seen my surgeon and I have 2 degree cc. Going back in Nov to see if it's stabilised before I have revision. 3 surgeries in 3 years.

Oh no that's disappointing for you! Do u have to pay for the revision? Would u ever consider having unders due to the decreased risk of cc? Xx

Re: Seeing my surgeon again tomorrow
Hopefully not as I'm covered until December 23rd. I spoke to my coordinator and stressed my concern that an appointment in November may not give us enough time to book me in for a revision with him. She said if she feels I need revision at that appointment (he needs to wait for it to settle and get to 3 degree) then he will do a revision

I am disappointed you don't go into this expecting to have to repeatedly go under the knife over a short period of time. I can't keep having revisions after revisions every year or two. I had it fixed once after she placed the one under the muscle and too high inside of subfascial I found out. Now I had cc again. This is the last time. After this I'm having an ex plant and will have to learn to love my shrivelled flaps
