Revision costing advice?

I have 3 professional opinions now that say I need revision, just waiting to go and see my original surgeon now.

Anyone who has had revison what did you have done and how much did it cost? Did you have to pay suregon fees? Did you have to pay hospital fees?

Were you confident going back to original surgeon? Did you go elsewhere?

Any info appreciated just something to go on!

No idea how the costing works at all but I need 1 implant replacing cause she put one in that was too big! And 1 areola reduction..because she didnt do it right and it stretched horribly.....read something about BMI hospital not charging if its within 12 months...dont know how legit that is...and with all her shrugging off its not going to be within 12 months now anyway........*sigh*

Your first appointment with regards to being unhappy should be taken into account so yes hopefully with 12months. By the sounds of your PS I wouldn't let that bojit Del Boy near me again. Yes surgery and healing can go wrong but to put such a size difference implant in and then fob you off with a fulse amount when asked is taking liberties. I would be pushing for their top surgeon to do reop for free.

I agree - don't let her touch you again. Tell them you will take legal action if they do not either compensate you to go elsewhere for a revision or to offer you an alternative surgeon to put things right. Like above - your first complaint will be registered within the 12 month mark so you should be covered. Don't let them fob you off - at least you have written evidence from other surgeons proving she has made a mistake and also been negligent in her aftercare procedure.

I thought last time we spoke that the massage had helped even things out a bit - has it not helped longterm?

The massage did definitely help, but really the implant is too big and placed too high up so I'm not going to get it looking right even with massage! xox

Soooo I'm seeking legal advice now! Just spoke to a lady she was lovely, just to see if I have a case for compensation, and to find out what I am entitled too really regarding this silly situation!!

But yes for sure...would love their top guy to do it for me just don't feel like that is a reality!! I'll see what my legal lady says!

Fingers crossed hey...don't know what I would do without you girls!! My mom literally knows nothing of any of these issues the initial op was bad enough for her so I am trying to get this sorted pretty much by myself as telling my mom would just make it worse!!

Let us know what your legal lady says, be interesting. And re their best surgeon, i always find that if you don't ask you don't get. Fingers crossed xx
