Have you had a consultation yet? I wouldn't buy a bra until after that because the surgeon should tell you what bra he wants you in. For example my surgeon was quite specific on the type of sports bra he wants me to buy and specifically said not to get the Macom which seems quite popular here. Your surgeon should tell you what kind of bra you should get and will give you a guideline on size although it is unlikely he'll be able to give an exact size. I was told to buy both 32DD and 32E but keep the labels on so that I can return the one I don't end up wearing after surgery.

Good stuff... will wait to see what he say's... consultation is on the 7th of April and surgery booked for the 30th of April... I was let down by another clinic. The surgeons mostly fly into northern Ireland once a month and I am under time pressure to get it done before my wedding on the 23rd of July x So I got this sorted and booked ... thankfully the surgeon has a great reputation

Best of luck with an exciting April.
I was supplied my surgical post op harness (was a bit like a sports bra/crop top with Velcro straps.)
Agree with Linda, some ps want compression for the first x amount of days/weeks, others want, good suppose but no compression and then there is those who want no bras at all so definately wait till after your consultation xx
