Placement through the nipple
Has anyone here had their implants placed this way rather than under the breast? I quite like the look of these and I know I need to ask my chosen surgeon about them, but I believe some surgeons don't like to do augmentations this way. Has any one had experience of this? Now I'm done breastfeeding I figure I don't need those milk ducts any more and I don't really have any nipple sensation anyway so am not bothered about losing it!

Re: Placement through the nipple
I haven't had it done that way but I know that the underbreast placement seems to be the most common. I know some surgeons find the placement position not so reliable in some other incisions especially the armpit one.
It would be nice not to have the scar under the breast! I think you'll just need to discuss with individual surgeons as some might not feel as confident doing it that way. X

I think they only do this placement with saline implants. Silicone would usually be placed via the breast crease as they need a bigger opening. In the Uk silicon is the preferred type of inplant and I don't think saline is used. Choose your surgeon and show him some wish pics as I'm pretty sure you could achieve the look you want regardless.
