Was just wondering if anyone would share their pics of a full anchor uplift, i had mine done a few weeks ago and was just wondering how the scars heal,

I opted not to have a lift but may need one sooner or later. Have you checked out realself.com and also there are some after photos on thus site [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
