Ahhhh its nearly time!!
Hi Girls,
Cant believe how quick this time has come round, i am only 13 days away from my new birthday presents
Feels like a lifetime ago i booked, although really it was only November.
Im getting into a bit of a panic mode now though over what to wear coming home, what did you all wear?? Not really a "comfy" clothes kind of girl so need to go and buy some.
Thank you xx

I've had mine done today and I've just brought a tracksuit to go home in. I did come here in leggings and I know some people may struggle with leggings but I would be fine with them. Some people go home in there pj's.
The rest of your time will fly by, mine did X

Ahh just been reading your post...glad all went well.
I had thought about pj's but not sure i like the idea of going outside in them...even if it is only to the car haha. Think i may have to go shopping tomorrow and look for a tracksuit, is it just like the sweat pants and zip up top you got?
How r u feeling after yours?
xx

i wore jeggings a shirt and a cardy, just wanted to be comfortable, and i was, 13 days will go soooo fast for you now, if you are coming home in the car, take a pillow with you for your return journey, and place it over your boobs and the seat belt on top, makes a massive difference, just a tip i got from here and have used it on both BAs.

Yes that's what I got.
I feel absolutely fine just a bit of tightness and that's it. I know everyone is different but so far so good. And to top it all off I love them. Xx

Re: Ahhhh its nearly time!!
Eeek not long now Sarbs!! I'm beginning to like mine a bit more now - it's taken 2 weeks tho! Still feel very sore and alien tho - the actual op is just the beginning - lots of exciting changes to come after that!
Are u having overs or unders?
I'd take a zip up hoodie or if u can't bear that casual look maybe a loose fitting shirt or a cardigan? Anything which does up at the front. Leggings were fine for me also but trackie bottoms even easier.
And pillow is a must - I still stick one in front of me during car journeys 2 weeks post op!
The last 2 weeks flew by for me so hopefully will for u too! Xx

Oooh you'll have lovely big ones! What size are u now? Overs should be a bit easier to recover from. I've found recovery with unders rather unpleasant (and still is now!) but everyone is different - other girls sail through it. I thought I was pretty hardcore having given birth twice with no pain relief but apparently not!
Wish I'd been able to have overs! X

Re: Ahhhh its nearly time!!
That's what I'm hoping, I'm paying a lot of money so might aswell go the whole hog haha.
I'm a 36 a/b now and they've told me to bring in an E bra!!
I've heard a few people say overs are better for recovery so I'm hoping this is the case coz even with my 3 kids I had every NHS drug going haha xx
