Help - my bra's don't fit my silly shaped boobs...
So obviously I've gone out and bought lots of exciting new bras despite promising myself I'd only buy 2 or 3.
But although they looked lovely in the shop I didn't try walking around in them. I'm just worried because although I bought good quality bras and had some fitted at bravissimo my boobs just don't feel supported.
There is kind of a gap underneath where they don't fill the cup as they are still quite a lot harder than a normal boob, so they are just kinda 'floating' in there. Does that make sense? I don't feel the cup is holding the boobs up so when I walk they bounce around. Will it damage them? Will it always be like this?
I thought they had dropped but maybe I've still got more dropping to go? I have smooth implants so felt they would drop quicker than textured but maybe I'm wrong...
Ironically the only bras I feel supported in is some cheap ones I bought from asda to do the rice test pre-ba. And they are a size smaller than I am - 32D.
Any ideas.... what did you all do? Just put up with a gape at the bottom? I'm worried about keeping the macom on all the time as I feel it won't allow them to drop as its so compressed.

This all sounds normal. You're still very early in the healing stages, and you have a lot of changes to come yet. It wasn't until about 5/6 months before mine started sitting more fluidly in the bra and filling the whole cup. This is when a lot of girls find they might change size. Right now you're still very box fresh, so they're very pointy and D shaped. It might be worth sticking with the sports bras for longer. Give it more time.

Oh, and the macom or sports bra won't prevent them from dropping and fluffing, so don't worry about that! A lot of girls are actually in it full time til 12wks anyway.

I had the same problem, there seemed to gap underneath and when I wore wires they didn't sit on my chest bone properly.
I thought that wearing the macom would prevent them from dropping !!!!
You are still early on, so I do thing once you fill out at the bottom then they will fit perfect. ( or even go up a size ) that's why we shouldn't buy too many bras :) I no it's hard!!!xxx

It's a real pain but I just don't feel comfortable wearing them at the moment!! I'm going to take the moulded cup ones back and buy a few sports bras instead as they seem to fit.
Thanks for the reassurance Charlii - I won't be afraid of staying in my macom then! Xx

I was like this too and so eager to get lovely new bras! My fave one I got now doesn't really fit me because I got it when I had the gap thing and it was an E I am now in DD now they have dropped a bit and are filing the bottom of the bras, my lovely bra now has a gap at the top :(
I have been wearing a lace bra from Ann summers that I love!! So supportive really hugs my boobs and no shaped padding so it fit well when not dropped and still so comfy in it now I love it. They do it in black white and red all lace and really pretty and supportive! Xox

Mine were like this hun so don't worry. I remember trying a balconette bra on and there was gaps in the bottom of the bra where my boobs just didn't sit right in it.
Be patient, your spending day will come, and you will be in pretty bra heaven

Thanku ladies!! I keep thinking shall I put my strap back on over the top of them to try and speed up the process but I kind of like not having to dress around it anymore!

That Ann summers one looks very sexy! It's barely holding that girl in with the white though?! Is it really that supportive?
I will have to check this out since you two have given such amazing reports :D xxx

The pics on the website are clearly enhanced, and she's not in the right size! It is a low cup if you've got high nips, but you dont feel the 'boning' at all (thats what she said ) Every time I see myself in the mirror in it, it really makes me feel good about getting them done!

Re: Help - my bra's don't fit my silly shaped boobs...
yesss totally! this type of bra was always the dream to be able to wear for me as I was always wearing so much padding all the time.
If I wore something like this before then I might as well have not worn any bra at all as there was nothing to sit in there and I would totally flat with clothes over the top!
But with boobs, wow it feels good!! Happy days!
