Hello ladies

I went out on Friday night and I wore a wired bra and I had a little dance. Today I'm really aching, they are sore underneath ( not scars ) is this normal? Xx

Yup. Are you in wires normally Or was this a special occasion? It takes a while to break them in so to speak. Also if you think about it, dancing is excersise, and if youre not properly supported with them bouncing around, it's going to be sore after. Keep them strapped up for a few days and they'll be right as rain.

Definitely normal if you're not used to wearing a wired bra. My surgeon recommended building up time wearing one gradually -he warned me it'll get uncomfortable at times.

Yeh I felt like this, very weird but you will get used to it, just build it up.

I went on a mad spree and bought loads of WIRED bras so its what I wear everyday. And recently I feel like my scars have got bigger.

Not longer or anything weird but the line is, god how can I describe it...it doesn't look neat anymore?
Kind of looks smudged? And purple?
Cant work out if this is a good or a bad thing as my ps did say wires can rub at your scars and make them appear bigger? So don't know if this is exactly what he was talking about...
Or if I'm over reacting and there healing into a new stage, unsure shrug

Sorry, off in a tanjent there!!!?

I'm still really uncomfortable in wires so only wear them if I'm going on a night out or something. I'm living in Calvin Klein bralettes at the moment, they are super comfy for me, although not very supportive but I sit at a desk all day so I guess that's ok, it's not like they are jiggling around lol. Like a couple of others have mentioned, just ease yourself slowly into them if you've been given the go ahead to wear them. I started with just an hour or so at first, and always carried my sports bra in my bag so I could change if it got too uncomfortable x
