Decided to go back to the gym
Hello ladies
I've decided I think I'm ready to return to the gym. Can anyone recommend a good sports bra ( I don't like the crossover back ones) I would like normal straps if poss. I don't normally run far but I think I'm going take up running. I won't do no weights to begin with just ease it in slowly. How long after ba did you girls return to the gym? Xxxx

Dont speak too soon! The additional racer clasp can be the difference between good support and great support.
I wear the Panache wired. Fit it as a 'normal' bra strap, then use the racer clasp to hold everything down firmly. Its great for running. I also had the triaction extreme before that, which has normal straps. A lot of girls swear by the shock absorber run too, but I think thats only in racer back.
I think it was about 6months before my body was ready to let me run again.

Just be careful and if you feel like your body is saying it's not ready then listen to it xx

I have a Nike high impact sports bra from Debs and its great for running in. Not that I have been running in about 2 months...
Lazy ar5e I am these days... oops!
Just listen to your body and don't do too much. I was about 13 weeks before it felt ok to run. I did try a bit sooner but rightie felt weird, almost crampy. So take it steady.
