Areola tattoo
Hey girls!
Has anyone had an areola tattoo after a lift/areola reduction to improve the appearance of scarring/shape/size?
Any experiences and opinions would be really helpful thanks :)

Re: Areola tattoo
I've just googled this out of curiosity, the images it shows you look amazing. they are the odd ones that just look ridiculous but for the purpose of covering scars and such I think its fab. x

Yeah they look really good don't they! I've seen lots that are done after mastectomy so there can be a nipple and areola again which is amazing, and there are some flowery ones too i am not so keen on! But I recon just getting the outline done is a really good idea for scars and for evening up sides aswell ....I would be down with the flowers and more arty stuff if I hadn't already splashed out all this money on them looking natural!xox

Re: Areola tattoo
I saw a program on it once. You had your usual fashion girls getting heart tattoos, but it showed a mastectomy patient and she was just so happy afterwards, it was incredible. I imagine it would be quite uncomfortable to get, as its nerve full skin. But if you like it, find a reputable artist and go for it!

I see a program on this once it was brilliant how they achieved it. They looked so real. I wondered if it was painful though xx

Re: Areola tattoo
I think Katie piper did something on tv called body shockers and covered this a bit. Not sure if it's the programme the other girls watched. Might have been channel 4 xx
