Do you mean immediately post op? I think about the same size because you are swollen and then the swelling goes down and then you get a little smaller but then when you drop and fluff you get a bit bigger again. I measured 37 inches around and two weeks post op I measure 35.5

You cant really put it in terms of bigger or smaller. After your op, you will be x cc's bigger in terms of volume. Its the dispersion of the volume that changes, going from box fresh D shape, to a natural sloping breast thats fuller in the bottom pole. Now, sometimes when you go through this fluffing process, it can cause you to increase bra size, but not always. But its still the same volume bigger.

Yeah I saw a pic of someone online 2 weeks post op and then week 5. Week 2 looked a great size but then week 5 looked much bigger.

So I need to remember that it will go up and down then!

Thanks ladies.  I saw my consultant again today about sizing and we have finalised it all and I'm sooooo happy, can't wait till the 27th now... Thanks again xx

Yes I'm really happy now as I was really stressing about it and he said it would be better in terms on not saggy again so much too as a lighter implant so I'm really confident now and can't wait to get it done! Roll on next Friday :-)

Oh yeah your a couple of days ahead of me...it's coming round so quickly! We are putting our Xmas decs up this weekend otherwise I won't be able to help...everything is getting so exciting!

I'm 5ft 2, 8 and a half stone, I'm a 32B (but soft and floppy) my surgeon would guess at the moment but wear D cup as my boobs are very saggy (due to having the kids) I'm hoping the implant will take me to a small C cup

I really don't want to be any bigger than a C and I don't think I will to be honest with a 180cc implant...only time will tell!! Are you worried about being too big or too small? What are your stats?

Ha yes be organised ! It is exciting, I am getting really nervous. Im trying not to think about it but somehow Im constantly on here !!

My stats Im 5ft4 and 8,5 stone. I would say Im a big 32 A or small B. i never really got measured so not sure.

180cc sounds very reasonable. i think on average if you are an A and you get 300 you'll get a D. This is not a rule though but only what Ive witnessed so based on that you should be too big. If you're happy with the sizers then it will be fine :)

Just cleaned my whole house and enjoying being able to move without any pain. Hope it isn't too bad after the Op Im a bit of a wuss!!!!

Well the sizers aren't really a good indication for me as I'm having an uplift aswell so they don't sit properly over my sag and obviously some of that will go so really didn't get a good impression...oh well it's all decided now so we will see haha!
I need to get on and do stuff too, but I'm too busy googling and being on here

Reading your posts makes me wish I was about to get mine again. It's such an exciting time, those final days before.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]. We are also similar stats wise, I'm 5ft 1.5 and 7.7st. I was a very empty saggy (verging on up lift) C cup. I went with 325 conical mod profile and am now an E cup, although I don't look it (well I don't think so). I don't know if you've seen my picture trail but your welcome to if you wish. I'll Pm you my details if you do xx
