Stressed about sizing.. Empty Stressed about sizing..

Hello girlies..

I am going for my 2nd consultation next week and will hopefully be booking my surgery. I originally wanted 200/220cc but I feel this might leave me hoping for bigger implants! I am now around a 32B. Has anybody had 240cc and been around my initial size? What cup size are you now? Thank you xx

Hello daisy chain!! Exciting re the 2nd consultation stage!!

I think everyone worries about size - it's such a difficult decision and you are spending so much money that it needs to be perfect!! It's hard to judge what size you'll be!

Have you tried on sizers with the doctor? I don't mean the implants but the special ones that mould around your boobs to give a rough idea. You can also do the rice test - it explains how to do it on one of the forum sticky pages. That might help you!

I was originally going for a 350cc but decided on 375 as all the advice on here is to go bigger than you think you want otherwise you'll probably wish you went bigger! It's still worrying me though!! Xx

Thanks so much for your reply! Yeah I can imagine that its a common subject on here! Well I tried implants under a sports bra and t-shirt at the consultation.. and initially started with a 220 and went smaller. Now I have come home and after two weeks of more research, I feel that 240 would be a good size but I really don't know! I guess I can try on again at my 2nd consultation, but would love to feel confident with my choice! Thats good advice though as if I am already doubting the risk of being too small then I will most definitely have a lot of booby greed after. Good luck with yours, how exciting! xx

I think go with the 240 - it's not a huge amount of difference in size but in your mind you'll feel better and might help the boobie greed situation afterwards! X

My ideal is a large C cup, and i haven't tried the rice test as I didn't know whether it was worth it but I will do if you guys recommend it! Thanks :) xx

I would say do rice sizers. Cut the feet off an old pair of tights (found this easier to mould to boob shape over my own boobs), fill each foot with 200 ml (cc) to start with and keep adding 20 ml till your happy with the size you want. Xx

Dont focus on a bra size, focus on how they look on you. Wear a white vest to your consult, thatll give you the best idea of how theyll look. Also, maybe get yourself properly fitted pre op, so you know for sure what youre working with. I went in looking for a nice 36C, came out with 32DDs because my perception of myself and bra sizes was so skewed.

Ok will try that with the tights! Thanks really helpful. And i'm not focusing on bra size really - someone asked what would be my ideal as I hadn't really thought of it like that! I know it will be somewhere between 220cc-260cc but maybe the 2nd consultation and rice test with give me a little bit more peace of mind. Thanks girlies :)
