bloating!

Post by Boobiesplease! on 10th November 2015, 10:41 pm

Evening ladies,
I'm sorry I keep writing complainy posts, does anyone know how long it takes for general anaesthetic bloating to go? Im still looking about four months pregnant and it's been 12 days. Will the anaesthetic bloat be gone by now and maybe I've grown a food baby from all the inactivity?

Thanks :)

Oh no - not exercise!! You wouldn't want to *gasp* get off the sofa!! Heehee!! I'm not looking forward to the bloaty belly thing - especially over Xmas! I'm worried I'm going to feel really mingy as I've got to have my lash extensions removed for surgery too!!

Do the new boobs still stick out further than the belly though? At least you should be looking good for Christmas!

How are u feeling apart from that - any pain or all ok? Xx

Yes haha they definitely stick out more than the belly haha. I am not a great lover of exercise I'll admit and I'm very blessed to have a metabilolism that allows me to eat a tonne without really putting on weight so my anaesthetic baby needs to go! Haha

I'm the same - I've always been really skinny even though I eat like a horse. I've hated it all my life but only now have I come to realise I'm actually quite lucky. I've always longed for curves though - and now I'm about to get some!! X

It helps to flush out with plenty of water. My brother works in anesthetics and they pump you with saline and things so best to flush it all out

Couple weeks is normal. Peppermint tea is supposed to help bring it down if you can stomach it. Also, make sure you're standing straight, you have a tendancy to hunch a protect them in the first few weeks, which exacerbates the belly
