I have a 32 D sports bra on I can see the imprints on my boobs also my band seems quite high it presses into my scars it's that high I've never wore a sports bra before is this normal where can I get measured for a sports bra fitting...I'm only a 29 so 30 band usually thanks for reading my post again lol xxx

Imprints is fine on the skin. Theyre meant to be tight. As long as its not cutting off any circulation, you're fine.

If its riding high, it could be an indication that the band is too loose. Or it could just be that you're not used to it sitting where it should be. Head to a department store with a lingerie section that sells sports bras. I know House of Fraser sell shock absorbers, or if theres a Triumph or Bravissimo store near you? Any of those will fit you in a proper sports bra.

Thanks ill try head to one 2moro maybe it is getting used to it just seems really high under my breasts I'm going to update my trail now see if it's always been like that...I've loosened the band as felt to tight will tighten it again. Xxx

If your scars feel sore you can use Cotton wool pads or clean sanitary pad over your bandages as a cushion

I don't have bandages on now at all no plasters either .....just the band rubbing them I will try that thanks xxx
