Hello,
So I'm 4 months post op now, and have found whenever I laugh, HARD, my boobs ache so bad. I have to hold them, it feels awful nope
We watched impractical jokers last night, and I was in tears from laughing, and my boobs were frikkin Killin me. And today too.

Will they always be this way, are yours like this [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] now?
Is this just normal when you have boobs, or is it just my muscle still healing?

It's like that feeling in your tumy when you laugh too much! But in my tits! Hysterical

Oh dear - poor u!! I love laughing and have proper belly ache laughs at work all the time so don't fancy holding onto my boobs in the office - haha!! But in all seriousness, although I'm clearly not expert (yet!) - 4 months isn't really long in terms of healing... I recon it's still the muscles mending. It's like your boobies had a good old work out bouncing around from all the laughing and now they ache from using the muscle. Like u would after the gym!! Hopefully it can only be good for them to build up again! Xx

I'm going out with some friends next weekend, it always ends up messy and full of loadsa of laughter. I'm kind of hoping I'm not sat holding my boobs when I'm out in pubs though !!

YeH I reckon the same as Lucy. It's those muscles knitting back together. Hope you don't ache too much the weekend. Xx

I want to say no, the aching goes but then I'd be lying!

Mine still ache if I dont wear a croptop bra to bed, and sometimes my nipples are so sore I feel like could be shards of glass!!

My mum has had her boobs done about 10 years ago now, and even she still gets the aches :( So I guess it's just something to get used to that will ease up in time.

My boobs used to ache alot pre BA anyway so I often think it's just a hormonal thing too xx

Think of it like this. When you try a new work out, you find you ache in places you didn't know existed? This is kind of like that, but instead of the movement being new (laughing) its the implant. Its putting stresses on places there wasn't before. And I bet you're not in a full on sports bra when it happens! You are still very early post op. They may look pretty on the outside, but don't forget they're healing for up to a year on the inside, so you are going to get more aches and pains.

For me, righty is behaved beautifully, no aches, no nothing. Braless, running 5k, it feels like it was always there. Lefty is a little b1tch on the other hand, but I think there's deeper reasons than its just misbehaving. So yes, you may still get little aches as time goes on...but that's just ageing!! It should settle down to something more manageable within a year.

Hi, I know 4 months may seem a lifetime but there is still healing going on inside. Sometimes my boobs ache for no reason. Or if I have been exercising. I think this is normal xxx

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Yeh, I've been back and forward to the surgeon, had an ultrasound. It all 'looks' fine, but that doesn't stop the fact I cant go braless. I think it didn't adhere to the pocket properly. Cant get an app to suit me with my surgeon at the moment, so thinking of going to Anthony Armstrong for a second opinion.

Glad you're feeling better about yours :)

He was...but he could never figure out how it worked, so we never got any replies from him! He's local to me (Windsor) and BAAPS, so I figure why not! Plus one of my old June buddies Hangle used him and her boobs are gorgeous!
