cycling support?
I'm going on a pubcycle next Saturday. Like a pub crawl, but with bikes! How much support will I need? I haven't rode a bike since having them done, so I've no idea? Will low support do? Do I even need a sports bra, will my wires be ok? It's just a gentle country ride, nothing to exerting, but I thought I'd ask!!

Re: cycling support?
Pubcycle...sounds so fun! But dangerous haha!
I think cycling is pretty low impact compared to say, running or high impact cardio. I bet you'll be fine in just a decent fitting full cup bra. If you feel a bit worried, maybe just put on a sports bra with a baggier or loose dress!

Sounds like a great idea!!! Hmm I road cycle and I would always wear my running bra. But that's 20-25mph! I think low implant you'd be fine :) xx

Re: cycling support?
Thanks gals. My sis in law lives in the middle of nowhere, so it's about 10miles round all day, little uphill on the out, downhill on the way back. I just don't want to be trussed up in my Panache all day. Maybe just my Lonsdale to keep things in place then.

I think that's a good shout. 10 miles I would think a wired bra wouldn't quite be enough.
Hehe I'm back :)

I'd stick a sports bra on [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]. You jiggle more than you'd think on a bike so just from a comfort point of view i always wear one - even pre op x
