Pain from incision
Morning ladies!
Just checking with you knowledgable lot! I'm now 4 days post op and feel like I'm healing really nicely, my boobs are softening up really well & more each day and I'm quite comfortable apart from them still feeling like they don't belong to me!
Only thing is I have woken up this morning and what feels like the incision under my right boob is quite painful! It's like on & off quite sharp pain not sore or constant!! Could it just be my nerves etc knitting back together? The dressings are totally clean so no obvious bleeding etc!

Re: Pain from incision
Is it a sharp pain? Sharp and itchy is all good signs of healing. All you can do right now is stay on top of your pain meds.

Yeah it is quite a sharp pain! I've taken some paracetamol & ibuprofen and the pain has totally gone! I guess it's just me healing then :-)
Thanks for the reassurance

Re: Pain from incision
I got lots of sharp pains from my left, and even now if I gently run my finger below the insicion point it hurts. And im talking about just gently on top, so reckon its all to do with your skin being so stretched, your muscle has been severed, the knitting back of nerves and all that breast tissue etc.
if theres no blood I guess thats a good thing. Just take it easy.
look great I your avi :)
They will feel more like yours once they soften up a bit more. X
