Have you gone from unders to overs? Have you changed to a lower percentage fill implant? What you maybe feeling is the wrinkles in the implant if you haven't got a lot of tissue coverage. I get this under and in the cleavage when I lean forward sometimes. Some implants are more prone to it I think the gummy bear form stable are less likely to wrinkle. Can you see the lumps?  Could it possibly be swollen lymph glands? Without seeing or feeling I can't begin to guess but these are common reasons for lumps. Also sometimes it's possible for a slight rupture in the capsule not the implant but the scar formation around it leading to a temporary hernia whereby the implant can be poking out of the capsule a little until it reforms over it again.  X
