Re: August Buddies
Thank you for reminding me re pillow. Going to do that now before I forget again. The asda bras come in XS,S, M etc I'm an XS but not sure if I'll need a S or M due to swelling so I say one of each. I am in over night and apparently I'll be able to shower immediately just not wash my own hair so packing just a medicated soap for a quick shower. Who've you got going in with you or are you going it alone? X

Re: August Buddies
Lol your welcome! I think I might have to go in asda and have a look at there bras can't remember if I'd already looked online for there or not!
How come your in overnight is it to do with how far you live from the hospital? Your so lucky I can't have a proper shower for a month! Will have to cloth wash top half and shower bottom half. Not looking forward to that as I shower every morning!
I've got my boyfriend coming with me! It was going to be my sister but I felt bad if she had to waste a whole day waiting around with me and my mum is absolutely useless with anything to do with a little bit of blood so she would probably pass out if she saw the drains! Who are you going with? xXx

Re: August Buddies
Am in over night as that's part of the package with the Spire Wellesly hospital. I'm going it alone. Husband is at work and my mum will be looking after my little girls. I think I can shower as not having external stitches, internal with glue on outside. Am feeling more exciting this morning

Re: August Buddies
Least your get a nice little break and be able to rest plenty as your probably be quite sleepy!
Bless you, do you mind going alone? I was quite happy to be dropped off and picked up as i feel a bit guilty having to waste someones day waiting around but my mum insisted i take someone with me or shes sending me with my dad lol which i definitely didnt want!!
I think mine are only internal stitches too just shows how different every surgeon is!
Ahhh thats good! Have you got lots to do to keep you busy these next 2 days? xxx

Re: August Buddies
Oooh so excited for you Chezr102. Be thinking of you. Good luck xx
JadeB91, I'm used to doing things alone, I prefer it, had both children by c-section without a nearest or dearest in theatre with me. And yes, I can't wait for relaxing quite time. Bliss xx

JadeB91 the next 10 days are going to fly. I can't believe my boobie day is tomorrow, EEEEEEKKKKK. I'm super excited today. Weather is utterly poopy, chucking it down in buckets so we are having a TV day. No adults around to share my excitement with
